Revolution Dance – Event & Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions. Follow the link below for Holiday & Weekender Terms & Conditions 1. General These terms apply to all Revolution Dance events including weekly classes, workshops, freestyles, and special events (“Events”), By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This doesn’t Include Weekenders or Holidays. Follow this Link:Click Me. When the term ’Ticket’ is used, this isn’t a physical ticket, but will be confirmed via email & your name will be on our list help on the door by Jane Davies. 2. Bookings & Payments
Tickets may be purchased online via our official website or approved links only, or at our venues.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Prices are clearly shown per person. On line is generally cheaper.
Tickets are transferable with written permission from Revolution Dance.
3. Refunds & Transfers
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an Event is cancelled by us.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another dancer only with prior agreement and subject to capacity limits.
Name changes must be made at least 24 hours before the Event.
If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket automatically transfers to the new date.
4. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid only for the Event, date, and venue shown at purchase.
Entry may be refused if the ticket appears to be duplicated, tampered with, or purchased from an unauthorised source.
Admission may require proof of purchase or ID.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Revolution Dance promotes a friendly and respectful environment.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal without refund.
Please dance within your ability, respect others’ space, and follow the directions of Revolution Dance staff and volunteers.
Participation in dance activities is at your own risk. Revolution Dance accepts no liability for personal injury or loss unless caused by our negligence.
6. Cancellations by Revolution Dance
We reserve the right to cancel or amend an Event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather, instructor illness).
Where possible, a new date or alternative event will be offered.
If a full cancellation occurs and you cannot attend the replacement, a refund will be issued for the ticket price only (not including third-party fees or travel costs).
7. Photography & Media
Photography and Filming Notice
Revolution Dance Ltd and/or Euphoria Events Ltd may take photographs and video recordings at its classes, freestyles, workshops, weekenders and other dance events.
Images and recordings may be used for legitimate promotional, marketing, publicity and archival purposes, including but not limited to use on our websites, social media channels, email newsletters, printed leaflets, brochures, posters and other promotional material.
By attending one of our events, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place and that you may appear incidentally in crowd shots, dance floor footage or general event imagery.
We rely on our legitimate interests in promoting and documenting our events, and in showing the atmosphere, scale and nature of our dance activities. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that images are used fairly, respectfully and appropriately.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the organiser, reception desk or event staff on arrival. We will take reasonable steps to avoid intentionally photographing or filming you where this has been made known to us. However, due to the nature of large dance events, crowd settings and moving dance floors, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in the background of general crowd images or video footage.
Where a person has notified us that they do not wish to be photographed or filmed, we will not knowingly use close-up, posed or prominent images of that person for promotional purposes.
If you believe that an image or video of you has been used and you would like it removed, please contact us at keith@revolutiondance.co.uk, identifying the relevant image or video where possible. We will review the request and, where reasonable and practicable, remove the image or stop using it in future promotional material.
Parents, guardians or carers should notify us in advance or on arrival if they do not wish a child or vulnerable person in their care to be photographed or filmed.
This notice forms part of our event attendance terms and our approach to privacy and data protection.
